Jin Ng, also known as Gouty Stone, was born in 1997 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan in 1997, Huang Yong-Jen graduated from the Department of Applied Music, Aletheia University in 2019, majoring in composition. He is currently studying at new media Arts graduate program, National Taipei University of the Arts. He has been thinking about New Music-Theater and Musique concrète. Recently, he has also paid more attention to the relationship between sound culture and sound symbols in contemporary society, and tried to reflect an East Asian perspective in the information generation through his works. In 2020, he joined the XTRUX New Media Art team, where he is responsible for sound design and the development of game engines and interactive technologies. Previously involved in content production for Taiwanese artists Su Hui-Yu, Chen Yi, Li Yi-fan and collaborated with XTRUX for a live audio/visual performance at Ars Electronica Linz and L.E.V Festival (in Matadero Madrid, Spain).
